There’s nothing like stacks of paperwork or a lengthy process to follow to dampen the excitement of buying a new home. As a home buyer, you’ve got enough on your mind and your to-do list, which is why you should be able to lean on a loan officer to help navigate the financing process.
I took my first job in the mortgage industry in 1993 and worked as a receptionist then as a processing assistant before becoming a loan officer, a role I’ve held for two decades. As a result, I am familiar with the ins and outs of loan processing.
I can help walk you through the process of getting the right loan for your needs and alleviate some of the stress that comes with buying a new home.
Here are a few things to know about me:
‘Tenacity’ could be my middle name. I am an outside-the-box thinker. I am persistent and determined. I also know there is almost always a way to get something done if you don’t give up and keep working toward a solution. I am also very compassionate when it comes to single women looking to buy or keep the home they have, especially if they are in a “suddenly and surprisingly single” situation, as one of my friends would say.
Experience matters. Many people assume, the interest rate on a loan is the most important factor to consider, but there is SO much more to it. As an experienced, proficient lender, I can help set you up for a better future. Getting you a preapproval letter could make the all the difference on whether you get your dream home.
You won’t find me in the kitchen. Cooking is my least favorite chore. I used to like it more, but I don’t like planning meals or going to the store. Fortunately, my husband doesn’t mind grocery shopping and when we do this together it’s more fun. To be honest, I really don’t enjoy many chores. That’s why I hired a house cleaner this past year and it’s wonderful.
That also means I’ve got more energy to focus on your home loan needs. If you plan to purchase a new home this year, I can help you explore your options. Contact me through my website LynnReifert.com or call 425-979-5354 and Keep an eye out for my upcoming book, Take the Fear Out of Mortgages.
